If I were you, I would try to sell as a kit at first. No one shows up, then I'll try to sell separately. Good luck for ur sale!

This is a nice Monster kit. But I've found that there are many more drummers who need an orphan to fill out an existing kit, than there are people who want a complete kit. There is also the consideration that everyone has a different idea of how many drums they want in a kit, & demographically, there will be only a few who want an 8 piece drum kit,(again , there will be many more who need only one drum). (selling one drum at a time will probably garner you a bit more money in the end). It's probably going to take quite some time to sell these drums either way.

I also though of selling it as a 4 piece or 5 piece by making one either the 14 or 15 tom into a floor tom. Then I could sell the 3 other toms individually.

I kinda figured selling in pieces would bring the most $. According to the guy @ the store where I bought it, someone wanted the 8 and 10 w stand for $200.

Normally I like a set to stay together, hence the name "set". But......

btw sizes are 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 22

I know what I paid for it but was wondering that others think of a value of the kit?
