1st generation strainer and nearly impossible to work on

2nd Generation strainer and still nearly impossible to work on.

3rd Generation strainer is slightly smaller in diameter than the 2nd generation strainer. Can be worked on but can be challenging! Sorry I don't have an example of one.
4th Generation strainer. Same as 3rd Generation version except the guts are different and the hole pattern is vertical instead of horizontal. It can be worked on! Easily recognized by the metal plate on top with 3 screws.
