i owned a 16 and 18 ft back in the day and paired them up with a red sparkle trixon kit and those toms sang i really like them such a deep tone i bet its the metal wrap as was stated earlier

Last question, i geuss: what is the name/type of this Slingerland?

Is it " just" a Slingerland COW?

COW... is just the finish of the drums (Chrome Over Wood). I think that the drums that you have may be part of a larger kit that was split up by a previous owner.

The (closest thing) in a Model/Name for what you now have, is a model 51N "Super Rock Outfit"... but the 51N had an

18" FT, Not a 16"..

They are special ...otherwise,you will have to drill extra holes....
