Slingerland Music-Yo Snare Last viewed: 3 hours ago

So, I think I goofed. I'm not much of a Slingy guy, but I do appreciate them when I see / hear them. Long story short, today in my haste, I bought this snare without carefully examining it first. No sooner did I walk through the door and looked at it did I realize - oh s@#%, I goofed... D'oh! DOH

I had one look at the badge and I knew... this is one of those Music-Yo things, isn't it? So fellas, lay the bad news on me... what's this thing worth? I'm sure I overpaid.

Well that all depends on how much you paid.

Does it have the sticksaver hoops? Even if its an import its still a useable snare.

I'm sure some Slingerland expert will chime in some info

thats a good looking snare regardless. is it a 6.5? if its newer, maybe a steel snare. i recently added a non vintage 6.5 steel to my arsenal. everybody ought to have one i think...

What concerns you about the badge? I have a piccolo snare with the same badge that I bought from a legit Slingerland dealer.

These are not real slingerland's they are imports, usually sale in the $125.00 range. would be a great drum to gig with.

Your drummers not much good is he!? What you need is someone that's as good as me. ! John Henry Bonham !!

Don't want to hijack the thread, but again I ask what about the badge gives it away? I have the same badge.
