Not mine! It's a lick I copped from Stanton Moore. I'm teaching it to Mick, so what I recorded is just the sticking pattern and the movement/placement on the kit. When he gets this piece down, I'll show him some embellishments he can add (accents, rolls,) that really make the lick sound cool. As I mentioned earlier, a jingle-stick in the right hand really brings the groove/lick to life. I love drums to death. Stop by if you're ever in my neck of the woods, you can play till your heart's content!

Some of the boys want to hear the Black Beauty, and another for the Blaemires, so that will most likely be the next time I get an opportunity to post up any sound files. Stay tuned... I'm glad you're able to tolerate my 'hacking'! LOL
You're the one (and Anna,) that I'd really like to corral over here. You'd recognize a few of the drums! Guaranteed good time! Keep a good thought for it to happen one day.
