They're GRRRRETSCH! Last viewed: 3 hours ago

Just picked up a set of Gretsch drums for cheap. Would be grateful for further info. I understand that the wrap may be somewhat unusual. Thinking of passing these on once I establish where they may land in today's financial climate. There is some seam lift on bass and floor tom wrap but otherwise the wrap looks great (under the grime). All three drums are missing resonant hoops and rods. Serial #s are 113882, 114148, 114357.

Nice! The finish is called Red Wine Pearl, and is pretty rare. Those are some of the last Round Badges, from around '69 or so.

What are the sizes?

Beautiful set. I would clean those up and hang on to them if they were mine.

What's the story on those?

Nice job getting those! I was in line after you to go get them. As soon as I saw the ad I sent an email. I was just too late. Nice score! I thought those were 20,12,14.

Beautifull drums , big time , I been sold on gretsch drums ever since i played a 69 cow snare. What your drums are worth on the open market to say like ebay , ebay can deremin that for you , if you chose to sell on ebay it can be feast or famine at the end of the sale . to a private collector that wants that kit and wants it now , i'm sure that they will step up to the plate for a kit like that. If i were you i would hold on to a kit like that cause there GRRRRRRRETSH!
