I would think the velcro & rug would be key--just a strip of rug that reaches your throne would suffice. I'd definitely need a hi-hat--can't really play without one.........marko

This is certainly an interesting thread, thank you for posting it. I saw one of these at the Chicago show last year and thought it was really cool!

Tried a bunch. Someone recommended a "Super Pinky" rubber ball. Really is the best feel and sound. Makes sense, you're hitting an unmoving surface. The other help was a small port in front. I placed a drain fixture in it to finish it. Custom Kickport!
