Thanks FFR, it was a fun build.

From OddBall

I would definately get a front head on that BD,..You need the FT, BD, snare, HH routine going too !!

just saw this,

Definitely using the supplied Slingerland black dot head as the reso head, I have the MINT front hoop but need the claws and rods.

Working with BillnVic for the snare and hardware now.

I have 2 hi hat stands from this kit alone, plus the one on my ludwigs.

Kit came with 3 14" New Beats and 1 15" bottom hat.

Luckily I already have my "perfect?" set of old NB's on my ludwigs.

Kit also came with 2 rides, bringing my total to 4.

Kit came with 3 crashes, add to my others make 6

etc etc

OMG, that is a sweet Cobra! I as well drove in Autocross as a kid! I drove an MGB w/a German Ford 2.8L V-6 installed and also did some roadwork in it in S.C. I did indeed have a real SCCA license at the time!

Scares the crap outta my wife when I drive, even in her over-bloated Escape Limited...but the last real sports car I had was an 91 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo R/S 4WD, 4WS....and it was built to about 600hp under full song. She hated riding in that car when I "had a few"...

...well, she loves fast cars, but not if I'd been "out with the boys" before coming home to take her to dinner...then I had to drive the T-Bird...V-8 built to 450...
