Here's a better photo of the shells. If you look closely at the kick drums, one of which is upside down, you can tell that the rails are on opposite sides when compared with the spur holes.
Four of the drums have 6-digit serials, and the other two have 5-digit.

Zildjian, Sabian , UFIP & Paiste mix.
That is a fan f!@#$%tastic drum kit.
You have to keep that together.
Get some scrubbing bubbles and get to work. Clapping Happy2
Scrubbing bubbles haven't done much to the grime on this wrap, but good old Novus 2 has been its usual miraculous self. I've got two drums done, will post photos of everything when I have a 4-pc kit to show.

I took some citrus gel paint stripper to the spray painted stands. I now see why the previous owner sprayed them. Oh well.

Those drums are going to look and sound great. I had still rather have the stands stripped of paint. I think you can get them usable and presentable.
Those stands have "Vintage Character". The whole setup is going to look and sound so cool!
Get a can of barkeepers friend powder it will clean up the stands more than you'll think. I use it on all my metal parts.
