Like Kevins said, this is a beautiful kit, the color is amazingly vibrant! the drum shells Interior wood plies are stunning, highly figured wood!! first class Slingerland drum kit!!! John you did one commendable packing and shipping job on it!!

Slingerland Aztec is a thin textured vinyl covering which (allegedly) allows the shell to resonate better than a sparkle finish. (About like vinyl wallpaper in thickness.)
