Thank you very much . Kent are my favorite drums . This set all I really did was wax the bearing edges and they sing . I have another set I am waiting on a buddy to ship me from Dallas . A coffin lug set .

Warning ... Avoid member statuscymbal here, vintage_collector on DFO , and americanpatriot10 on eBay. Email me for his name. All are the same shady guy who has burned me and a list of other members on both boards . He is also selling on Facebook too ..

Last week setting up at "Tiki 52" in Tequesta FL. I have played those the last two gigs. They sound so good, and look great on stage.

My 1960 Slingerland's. I try to rotate my kits according to stage room, band, and style of music.

My recently acquired 1960's Cleveland Era 20,14,12 Rogers Blue Onyx.

Vintage A's around the horn and my 60's Luddy Acro that I can never get enough of. Although I think my Dynasonic and Powertone are getting ****ed at me for not letting them join this party.

All my Slingerland kits sound fantastic and I love my blackromes, but these walnuts have really started to grow on me. The finish is superb and is the only one of my kits to regularly receive comments from musicians who aren't drummers.

This isn't me (note the shirt), but a friend who is participating at a blues jam where I occasionally contribute drums. No worries: If they didn't do a pretty good job of policing the bashers, I wouldn't bring drums.

All great lookin' kits folks!

Randy, thanks for starting the thread and showing us the steel grey set. One of my favorite colors for a Rogers set.

I have only one choice right now, which is a blue sparkle Rogers with various Zildjians. I'll be trading it off in a couple of weeks on a home run. I'm thinking of bringing back a black strata set, but I'm hesitating to subject the wrap to the colder air in the baggage hold and the warmer climate here, which is regularly 100 F or more. Anyone had any bad experiences with that using strata? I've had onyx let go on a cold winter night, but no issues in warm weather. There was no indication of problems with this glass wrap, and this will be the 4th 6000 mile run.

In my small studio I'm enjoying these: 20/14/12 Clevelands with my 10" Keller 'Vintage Maple Rogers' clone. Snare is a 6.5" Camco LA. Cymbals - Paiste 602 hats and crashes; Signature prototype ride.
