Yes it is! Glad to know somebody else's ear likes it as well. Admittadely, I didn't give much thought to Italian cymbals, always thinking if it wasn't of Turkish ancestry, Zildjian especially, it couldn't be good.

But the RotoCast process that the Italians came up with had me curious, because it just sounded like the best way to get a good, smooth pour of molten metal into a form.
