This crook bought a lot from me 2 months ago. The package included 2 Ludwig 22" hoops, 1 Slingerland 20" hoop, 2 Ludwig 12" hoops, 20 Ludwig T's and claws, One Ludwig script badge BD anchor, 1 Ludwig cymbal arm and 1 WFL speed king. After a lot of haggling we agreed on a very convenient price for him. As always I sent lots of pictures and he agree on the deal judging by what he saw on the pictures. The package arrived fine at his place and for like a month he didn't contact me or anything. Then more than month after he emailed me out of the blue saying that he wasn't satisfied with the items. He claimed there was lot of rust and pitting and scratches everywhere on the items. Even though I didn't agree with his evaluation I offered him a refund if he sent the items back. Didn't hear from him again for another month. When the case he opened at Paypal was about to expire he escalated to a claim asking for a 75% REFUND!!!! But wait: There's more! He claimed there was missing items on the box BUT THE ITEMS HE CLAIMED WERE MISSING WERE NOT EVEN INCLUDED ON THE INVOICE!!!! That means he was complaining for items that were not even part of the deal! As always Paypal took the buyer's side without even caring about all the emails and pictures I sent to prove this guy is a liar. Then I though "Whatever Ill just forget about it and Ill get my items back and we'll call it a day"...Guess what! Today the package arrived and he " forgot" to send three items back. All them worth $120.00 The WFL pedal , The script badge anchor and the cymbal arm!

Fortunately I recorded with my camera all the process when the UPS guy came to my place and I opened the box to find there was 3 missing items. Im not gonna spend time contacting the guy. I got proof emails, pictures and a video of this guy behavior. Now Paypal and my brother who's a lawyer are reviewing the case). It didn't feel right to me since minute one ( No good can come from a guy who call himself SealClubbingEskimo anyway) but I never had a bad experience with a member from this forum before so I guess theres always a first time...

You people have been warned. DO NOT SELL YOUR STUFF TO SEALCLUBBINESKIMO! He's a bottom feeder, a liar and a crook.

I would take some time and let paypal feel your anger as well. For a third party organization such as themselves to not fully investigate things, and then take a side, to me is reprehensible..And quite literally contradicts their purpose and existence.

We'll see what Paypal's response is gonna be but I won't expect much from them. When they asked me to provide proof I submitted lots of pics and mails and even the part where the crook complained about item missing parts that weren't part of the deal but still they decided for him to return the items and grant him a refund. However I got my lawyer on the case already. He's not going to have it easy I tell you...
