Here's an old Ludwig Standard kit (22/12/13/16) I picked up some time ago as a "beater" kit for practice. After putting on some new heads, I liked the sound so much I decided to play it out a few times. Since I don't play "two-up" I mounted my cowbell on the L-arm where the 2nd rack tom would go. After all, we all "need more cowbell", right (lol)?

I traded for this kit on December 28th, got it home, re-headed it and gigged it on January 3rd. This week it is going through a full detailing in preparation of a gig on January 17th. Sizes are 12, 13 (not pictured), 16, 22. Definite players kit...severe snare rash and four extra holes on both small toms. The wrap is cleaning up fairly nice and will definitely attract some attention. The picture doesn't do the kit justice but it's all I currently have.

Looks like solid gigging material to me superclassic, and good support from the DW hardware there too.
