I finally got all the shells cleaned, the hardware mounted and the rims and hoops installed. When I purchased the kit the floor tom was missing the bottom side rim. That's why you don't see one in the attached pics. Since I don't plan on keeping this kit I'll let the next owner decide whether he wants to install one or not.

Now, tell me about the rug the drums are sitting on...where can I get one? I always carry a rug with me as part of my "kit" and one like that would be perfect.
