Guns aren't very 'wiggly.' Too many accidents involving little ones every year... is it worth the risk? Besides, it's always much better to hear 'rim-shots' than 'gun-shots.'

hi jeff, guess i should of followed up on this...anyway...the drums were sold to a younger fellow over in Macomb. if i remember right, his name is kevin. kevin said he is getting into the vintage collecting and restore and said the slingys would be a perfect starters project. kevin also said he would keep me updated on the drums but havent heard from him since. Hope all is good with him and the drums.

btw...the slingerlands belonged to a very good friend of mine, not my uncle. My uncles drums i had posted about here were the electric yamahas, which are still for sale.

thanks for asking tho, jeff.

ok guys, maybe this is something i should not of posted about and just keep to myself as a decission to make on my own. sorry.

Ive been around both guns and music all my life and have learned to love and respect them both for what they are. i play with my guns the same way i play with all my music instruments...with respect and for my own enjoyment. the only thing my guns have ever shot is targets such as...used water bottles filled with colored water, cardboard boxes, pop cans and hedgeballs out of the tree. oh and old stuffed animals.

i only have one more thing to say about guns....guns dont hurt people either unless you intentionally point it at a person and pull the trigger. please dont hate me or judge me because i like guns. i like alot of things.

PEACE!

ok so back to our regular scheduled program...........

I would get a drum kit you've always wanted. I broke down and purchased a Camco recently. I thought I'd never be so lucky but hey. You're only on his earth once. Sort of.

p.s. We still love you Robyn. that's what makes this country great - choices.

thats just it Larry, i can't think of any other drums i just gotta have. I already own an early 60s Camco kit, got a keystone badge Ludwig kit w/ a matching 1964 j-fest snare and the tie-dye kit i've always wanted, an acrolite snare and a blackrolite on its way. heck, what more can a girl want? lol.

thanks for the love Larry.
