Hate to break up the lively John vs John debate and bring the topic back to the show, but...
Does anyone know who that little 6 year old was soloing on the custom set in the center of the big room around 11:00am? I expected the usual little kid, obnoxious banging, but when he went into those syncopated funk beats and fills, everyone in the room gathered around and gave him a huge ovation after his four minutes of fame. When I got home, I tried to duplicate some of the stuff he did without much success. The future of drumming is in good hands.
