Still waiteing on the 112.00 credit back from drummaker. We are now going on 52 days from the day I placed the original order. Placed an order last week with drumfactorydirect and received it in 3 days. I don't get it?

Hey Woodman! I feel your pain! Try leaving a phone message. You should get a response from Andy. After reading all he's going through, I do my best to be patient. Give him a call and see what happens. Good luck.

I have looked at his e-mail explaineing his situation and would never wish some parts of that on anyone. One must caution the diference between the art of successful business practices and personal.

For those of you who may be keeping-up with my Andy Foote/Major Delays situation I am now at 76 days from time of original order to promised credit back on a debit card. Here we go, on 7/11 I received this e-mail from Mr. Foote, and I quote: We have processed the credit from our end. But can not control the banking systems lead time in showing on your side. Credit cards can take up to a full 30 days billing cycle to show on your side. DEBIT CARDS ARE OFTEN MUCH FASTER TO SHOW UP. Please keep in mind this is straight from my e-mail word for word, un-altered what so ever. The banking institution and I don't care who you bank with will all tell you a credit back on a debit card will take from 5 to 8 days there or about depending on the paticular bank of your choice. Gentlemen I used a debit card when I placed the original order. I am now just over 30 days on this. I will let you guys come up with your own conclusions on this situation! Stay tuned, more to come. If there was more musice there would be less wars.
Nothing to add accept that I read these posts and avoid doing business with those who get such poor reviews. Andy may never know the business he lost here, no matter what the excuse or reason.
That's one big value people get from social networking online, especially when we often want, or have to do biz with the small guy.

Greetings everyone, thought I would up date my drummaker.com/ Andy Foot Major Delays wed-site, or so it seems. I am now at 91 days from the day I placed the original 112.00 order up to today. this brings customer service to a whole new level. I e-mailed Mr. Foot last night 8/27/213 and asked him if he would, could please tell me any information about how he credited my debit card back as he stated he did and to what bank, planet, country, solar system, pigeon or any other information he could provide to me to help find out where my money might be. At this point he has missed the time limit it takes for a credit back on a debit card and blown the 30 days it takes to credit back on a credit card. Once again I am trying to keep in mind just how busy he really is between the trade shows and being back in the whare house pulling orders. I understand, I am willing to waite my turn. Ok guys, there you have it, and keep one thing in mind, if your a half glass full or a half glass empty kind of a person you still need more.

I am now at 100 days from the day I placed my original order with him up to today. I would like to starte out in reference to my last e-mail to Mr. Foote I sent on 8/27/2013 asking him to please give me any information that he could to help locate the 112.00 that he saide he credited back on my debit card and I have yet to see. I ask any of you if you think 10 days would be a reasonable amount of time for him to answere back an e-mail? I would ask any of you to please read Mr. Footes response on this wed-site tomyself and others who have exspressed there concernes on his business practices and you will notice he WILL NOT mention my money situation what so ever, it's because he can't, he can't say I lied, he can't say it's not owed, he can't say it's not true because that would be an admission of guilt and he can't go there mentally, ethically or morally, he knows it's every bit a legal issue and it's right here in our face for all to see. All Mr. Foote has to do is 2 things, credit me back my 112.00 on the debit card as a debit transaction and e-mail me stateing again that he did so and I go away. Yes Andy you can end this any time you choose, you do have the power, this is no fun and get O pleasure out of this so please once again I am asking you to do the right thing! Thanks every one for your understaqnding.
I honestly don't know what's going on in Andy's head with your reasonable request to debit back your money. Makes no sense! All this truly makes me wonder how his business can survive. Keep us posted!
