We received your voice mail today for an update at 2:46 pm. Was in the shop packing and jumped back to my desk within the same hour to review any missed calls. Then also found your second more colorful voice mail left 45 minutes after the first at 3:30pm. I apologize that I was not able to answer your call during this 1 hour period. Quite busy wearing many hats these days.
I did immediately attempt to call you back.

I waited and tried to call you again 1 hour later, just before heading off to UPS and closing up shop for the day.
Your order was taken on 1.1.14 for the single sheet of gloss material. After our shop move, stock was low on many wrap colors, especially a top seller like your simple gloss.
Now back up and running at the new shop space, we are getting wrap restocks almost weekly, about every 7-10 days. Your color was forced to be produced with a master run and is slotted to hit us in the next week. We could not restock only your one sheet.
We have sent a number of emails to you during this time with no reply. Maybe they are going to spam or a bad address. Thus our efforts to respond to you here.
We realize the delay on your sheet has reached a point that is unacceptable to you. Yet have not received any requests from you to cancel your order, so your shipment is still set for next week.
We would be glad to offer help with a cancellation and immediate refund, if this is your desire. Please contact us directly with your instructions on how you'd like to proceed.
As I mentioned in both voice mails left for you today, I will keep you on my call back list for tomorrow.

Same here. Ordered a roll of gloss black wrap back in November.Won't answer the phone or call back.Makes me feel like driving down to Nashville and paying a visit.Still waiting on Feb 20.What a liar and a thief.
