Me to Justin, I love this band. I have one of their albums and its all great stuff. That singer is amazing, love his voice tone and probably one of the most energetic performers I have ever seen. Not to mention the other guys, all extremely talented musicians.

Thank you!

Purdie- my favorite Mars Volta album is De'Loused in the Comatorium. The drummer on that album is Jon Theodore. I was blown away the first time I listened to it back in about 2003 or so. Thomas Pridgen does some amazing things as well!

Jeff and Justin, those are a couple of blistering hot modern acts! Couldn't decide which I liked better, luckily that's not required.

I saw a Gretsch artist clip with the drummer from Vintage Trouble on youtube, maybe after this performance as those are Slingerlands from what I can tell. Also I noticed he was using clip-on BD spurs and an anchor, hitting hard and that kick was rock solid on the ground. Goes to show ya...

Thanks for turning us on to these two raging awesome acts!

I'm so glad you enjoyed The Suffers! Be sure to tune in on March 30th to Letterman show if you can! I'm so proud of Adam (bass player) and the opportunity that he has molded for himself.

Yeah, I'm more a fan of the early stuff as well. Theodore the more enjoyable to listen to drummer of the two, but Pridgen is no sloucher. Two -Monster- drummers.

Jeff - I really like Vintage Trouble! The singer must have been a huge James Brown fan, he has a lot of Brown's stage moves down cold. The singers' style reminded me more of, James Brown than, Mick Jagger. Excellent players.

Too many great drums to list here!

I found that the singer for Vintage Trouble appeared on the TV show "Rockstar INXS" back when they held sort of an American Idol type of competition to re-unite the band. I thought he looked familiar from somewhere!! What a showman though!! Wow
