Thanks Jeff. Midnight will be the real test when the next high tide comes in. I'll take the wifes camera then (has a flash) and update with more pics if possible. My biggest fear is south of us NJ/Del where the storm hits land. Hopefully everyone is safe down there.

Here in the beach area most have been evacuated but there's a few familys who won't leave. They fear the looting that happens as the Police are unable to get there with the water levels so high inland. Police are out in the riot vehicles keeping a eye on homes in the area.

That last pic looks like Milford. I have a rental house on Ocean Ave. About 4 blocks up from the seawall. Be safe everyone!

Hard to run from the cops these days! I know they are doing a dangerous misserable job but that has to be a little fun cruisin around in that thing!

We are blessed to have a GREAT Police and Fire Dept here. This thing went past the house earlier and it's one serious vehicle. ;)

From now till 9pm is the worst part of the storm and from 9pm till midnight on flood surges. I'm amazed we somehow still have power.

I live 35 miles north of Pittsburgh, PA. It has been raining all day long, but thats about it. I have my dad's Slingy kit ready to be loaded on my son's kayak if needed though! The wife will have to use some water wings or something!Laughing H
