WOW! They turned out great. Burgundy Sparkle is one of my favorite colors.
They look awesome, but how do they sound?
Keep an eye on that cymbal arm. :eek: If it's not tight, it could come crashing down.

Thanks everyone! Sorry macrow but the Ludwig mount was used in a trade for some parts to finish this project. I have only got a chance to play em for about 5 minutes because we have a newborn baby but boy they really sounded sweet after my initial tuning. They seem to project a bit more than my 3 ply Luddy's but not too much like more modern drums. That could be because I have clear ambassadors that came with the drums on the reso-side right now. I usually use coated ambassador's on the reso-side but thought I would give these a whirl since they were in really good shape and I blew most of my extra cash getting the drums.
