I'm always curious if guys other than me set a goal to find a certain set/drum before a certain date. Mine is to find a Early 60's Ludwig Hollywood after I finish my 1964 WMP Super Classic. Of course I would love to find another super classic or a downbeat but I love the look of the hollywoods.(If you have a picture of yours please post it...especially if it is red sparkle!)

The first "real" kit you had is always a good bet that folks are looking for.

I wo'nt set a time limit on much.

Naturally though sometimes the drum, piece or part shows up after you sold what you needed it for.

Right now a black 14x14 Clubdate floor tom would be nice.

Pre- 1949 Premier Gold Sparkle. 22" kick and 18" Floor. I have a 14"x14" tom and have been looking for the Kick and Floor for the last 16 years. One day....!

I'm working on adding more drums in the same finish to my exsisting kits, not necessarily getting another kit.

10x14 Ludwig rack tom in black panther

16x18 floor tom in black panther

and if I can find it....my old Jazzette set from 1968:

8x12, 14x14 and 12x18 all in black panther

Can you tell I like black panther? LOL!

Always looking for a 12/14/18 RB Gretsch in a price a bit more reasonable than what seems to be standard. Or a 14" RB floor tom in gold satin flame.

I'm looking for a Rogers BT Script 22/16/13 config in either red onyx or red glass. Hey Ploughman,

If you want to piece it, I found the bass and the 12. Both are in pretty good condition. It was the 13 and the 16 that were rough. Wouldn't you know it. Let me know.
