My 66 Acro s/n 361370. Completely original with the exception of the snare cords, it is hands down the best sounding of any Acrolite I've ever had the pleasure to own and it is in superb condition to boot.

F'k you, Scott! It's -14 below zero with the wind-chill factor here in PA. I'm coming out by you!
I knew you guys were experiencing extreme cold weather.
I hope it clears soon.

Layton wins!!! Yay!
I am a dork.
Thanks to Mr. Jerry Jenkins

-Early 70's that I polished-no pics of it with reinstalled badge-cool drum
Missing from my collection right now would be another 5x14 blacro, possibly a re-issue, another bo round corner and a late painted/powder coated model. Newer ones in other words. I'll get back around to those eventually.
I think that's it!

I only have one... Following similar threads on here years ago, I was convinced by many praising posts that I should grab one, Slingerlynn ( wherever he is ?), arranged for me to bring one home from the USA in my cabin baggage (dismantled and full of dirty laundry).
Without doubt the easiest to tune drum that I own.. Glad to own one and I alternate it on the kit regularly.. Nice looking drum also..
Cheers
John

Classy drums fer sure....
I gave both of mine away to charity a couple of years ago....
Just ordinary examples and none so nice as the ones pictured so far, so, what the heck.....some youngster can get his first chops on a decent drum....it's a good thing, no regrets.
Applause goes out to John and Mike. Very nice Acrolites indeed! Glad you picked it up from Mike, as it is a fantastic addition to your collection.

Thanks for including me, but Mike takes the prize for being the 'Acro-King'! What a collection!!!
Hey, Mike, how much would it take to separate you from the NY Board of Ed 6.5"? :D
That has to be the most complete Acro collection on the planet!
John
I just have two so far.
I got the 1978 from my friend Pete. He takes really good care of his stuff and it is really clean.
I found the 65 in a music store last year. It love the sound of it. The bottom head is tuned low, and with an Aquarian Coated with Power Dot head, it has a really nice solid sound to it.
I applied that setup when I bought an old supraphonic and created my new favorite snare drum.
